I don't know how trends begin. Do designers sit down over a cup of tea and discuss what similar looks they're going to have hit the runway? Or do they have spies in each others showrooms? I suspect they might be keeping their finger on the pulse of street fashion because style bloggers have been sporting the Mayan/Aztec look for a while, in accessories and clothing.
