Last year I posted my sister Heather's headboard creation for her bedroom. The headboard was stunning and a revelation to me of my sister's artistic gifts. Now that Heather's on mat leave with her beautiful baby girl she's using her creative energy to make headboards for the rest of us (I applaud her! I didn't feel like doing anything creative until Levi was 8 months old! Sofia's barely three months).
Heather just opened an etsy shop and the headboard in the photo below is her first sale item. As a renter, I try not to put a lot of money into decor that can't move with us and so a fab headboard like this one is the perfect solution to our drab bedroom.
